ABSTRACT
Objective
Understanding clinical features in tear meniscus due to injury.
Method of study
Nghiên cứu tiến hành từ tháng 7/2006 đến tháng 7/2011, chúng tôi nghiên cứu 106 bệnh nhân, được chẩn đoán rách sụn chêm do chấn thương và phẫu thuật nội soi lần đầu xử lý rách sụn chêm.
Results
Through 106 patients in the study, there were 73 male patients (68.9%), 33 female patients (31.1%). It is more common in the age group of 20 to 35 years old (accounting for 52.6%). The most common cause of sports injuries (64.7%). The ratio of the right knee: 78/106 (73.6 %) is higher than that of the left knee: 28/106 (27.4 %). The number of meniscal tear patients who underwent surgery before 3 months after the injury was very small (only 7 patients accounted for 6.6 %), most of them a few months to a year after the injury (59.4%). Signs of pain at the joint accounted for a high rate of 98.1%. Mc Murray's sign found 95.1%, higher than Appley's sign (67.9 %). The level of clinical diagnostic accuracy compared with endoscopy in the endoscopic meniscus was the highest at 58.2%, the lowest in two meniscus accounted for 7.5%.
Conclusion
Clinical diagnosis of meniscus tear is often very difficult because there are no specific symptoms, so it requires the examiner to take a good history, examine a combination of many tests, thereby leading to suggestions for progressing. performing subclinical tests, contributing to early diagnosis of meniscus damage to give appropriate treatment.

ABSTRACT
CLINICAL STUDY FEATURE MENISCUS TEAR DUE TO TRAUMA.
Objective
Learn the clinical features of meniscus tear due to trauma.
Method of study
Prospective study. From 7/2006 to 7/2011, we studied 106 patients diagnosed with tear meniscus due to trauma and arthroscopy first meniscus tear treatment.
Results
106 patients in the study, 73 male patients (68.9%), 33 female patients (31.1%). Meet many aged 20 to 35 years (52.6%). Causes of trauma in sports most common (64.7%). Right knee: 78/106 (73.6%) higher than the left knee: 28/106 (27.4%). Number of patients with meniscus tear surgery before 3 months after trauma is very low (only 7 patients account for 6.6%), most traumatic few months to one year (59.4%). Signs of arthritis pain in the slot high percentage 98.1%. Signs Mc Murray met 95.1%, higher than signs Appley (67.9%). The level of clinical diagnostic accuracy compared with arthroscopy in the radial meniscus taer of 58.2% is the highest and the lowest at 7.5% both of meniscus (lateral and medial meniscus).
Conclusion
The diagnosis of clinical meniscus tear is often difficult because there are no specific symptoms, thus requiring the searchers to exploit the history, examination and various tests are coordination, which led to the recommendations for conducting clinical tests, contribute to early diagnosis of meniscus tear to give a direction to behave appropriately.
